1. Nature of coins and gifts

Coins are digital units for use within Astknan, not bank deposits, legal tender, investments or ownership shares. Gifts and digital items confer rights to specified features and are not cash owed to their buyer or recipient. Any host or agency earnings arise exclusively under the earnings programme and its terms, separately from purchased coin balances.

2. Purchase and use

Price, currency, coin quantity, bonuses and offer conditions are shown before confirmation. In-app purchases use the approved payment channels displayed. Credit follows transaction verification; contact support for a charge without delivery. Check recipient, quantity and cost before sending a gift; sending is consumption and guarantees no response, consideration or relationship. Purchased coins do not expire. Items or promotional benefits may have a disclosed duration where store rules allow.

3. Manipulation and corrections

Unauthorised balance trading, money laundering, circular gifting or fake accounts to fabricate earnings/rankings, exploiting errors and forged receipts are prohibited. An erroneous credit does not entitle you to unpaid value. Corrections use reviewable records and communicated reasons with an appeal route. A display discrepancy alone does not justify deductions or penalties without transaction verification.

4. Refunds and earnings

Packages and bonuses follow the refund policy: consumed purchases receive no discretionary refund; unused packages require withdrawal of all transaction entitlements, subject to mandatory rights and store decisions. Receiving a gift does not itself create a fixed salary. The earnings programme determines conversion, eligibility, verification and settlement. Fees/rates are not implied or retrospectively changed for accrued entitlements.
