Community and Voice Room Guidelines

1. Scope

Rules apply to users, hosts, agencies and moderators across rooms, messages, profiles, posts, images, video, audio, names and links. Owning a room or purchasing privileges gives no exemption. Harassment, threats, extortion, hate, impersonation, disclosure of others’ private information, incitement to harm, exploitation and fraud are prohibited.

2. Sexual content and swimwear

Explicit sexual acts depicted visually, audibly or in text, sexual nudity/exposed intimate parts, pornography, sexual-service solicitation or sales, and sexually gratifying or exploitative content are prohibited. Swimwear, including bikinis, is not a violation solely because of the garment when shown in an ordinary non-sexual setting such as swimming or sport, without explicit exposure or poses, captions or framing focused on sexual gratification or intimate parts. Content, context and age matter, not the clothing label. Sexualised or exploitative depiction of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, including claimed consent, edited or AI-generated material.

3. Room management and safety

Respect others’ participation and withdrawal; do not record or redistribute conversations without required permission and legal grounds. Room moderators must base muting/removal on actual conduct, not extortion or discrimination. Gifts or earnings promises must not solicit sexual acts, groom minors or circumvent payment controls. Use reporting/blocking tools or support; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

4. Moderation and appeal

Automated and human review may be used; automated decisions can be wrong and may be appealed. Depending on severity/repetition, enforcement may include removal, warnings, temporary restrictions or permanent suspension. Serious violations may require immediate action, evidence preservation and legally required reports. Appeals consider content, context and evidence; filing a report does not guarantee action against another user. Contact: support@astknan.live.
