Cookies and Tracking Policy

1. Scope and technologies

This policy covers Astknan websites, web dashboards and comparable app technologies such as local storage, device identifiers and SDKs where used. Displaying this policy does not mean every tracking type is active. Necessary technologies support sessions, security and required preferences; analytics measure performance; marketing/advertising may use identifiers for campaign measurement or personalisation. The preference notice identifies actually active tools, purpose, provider and duration.

2. Consent and refusal

Where law or device rules require, optional technologies are not activated before valid consent. Interfaces allow optional tracking to be rejected as easily as accepted and changed later; continued browsing alone is not consent. Necessary operation and marketing are not bundled into one mandatory choice. Refusing tracking does not block core features that do not need it.

3. Controls and protection

Browser storage can be managed/cleared and site preferences, system tracking controls and advertising identifiers changed. Clearing storage may remove sessions/preferences. Site consent does not override an operating-system tracking refusal, and fingerprinting must not evade a refusal. Minor accounts follow applicable advertising/tracking restrictions, with age-appropriate options configured before ads.

4. Sharing, retention and updates

Analytics/advertising providers may process technical data under disclosed purposes and the privacy policy; a new provider or purpose requiring consent is not added under unsuitable old consent. Each tool’s duration is recorded in the active-tool inventory; identifiers are deleted when no longer needed subject to applicable obligations. Enquiries or consent withdrawal use preferences or support@astknan.live. Material changes are disclosed and renewed consent obtained where required.
