Account and Data Deletion Policy

1. Request and verification

Request deletion through Settings → Account → Delete Account, or the website’s account-deletion page and support@astknan.live if you cannot sign in. Provide an account identifier and appropriate verification without emailing passwords or sign-in codes. The external deletion route must remain available after app removal. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete an account.

2. Effects and data

Deletion ends the account and removes associated data rather than merely deactivating it. Following verification and confirmation, account access stops and removal of profile, content, media and linked authorisations is processed as applicable. Lawfully shared copies held by others or restricted backups may remain until their erasure cycle; exceptions are explained rather than promising instant erasure of every copy. A completion confirmation or explanation of retained categories and reasons is provided.

3. Lawful retention and timing

Limited payment, settlement, legal-compliance, fraud-prevention or pending-dispute records may be retained with restricted access and no marketing reuse. Retention depends on a specific obligation or dispute duration, not indefinite former-account status. Responses meet applicable legal deadlines with explained justified extensions; retention details can be requested at the same privacy contact.

4. Balances and subscriptions

Before confirmation we explain loss of access to content, balance and entitlements. Deletion does not automatically create a refund or remove a lawful claim or legitimate earnings entitlement; financial policies govern those matters. Cancel store subscription renewal separately if desired, because deleting the account/app does not automatically cancel it. Settling a financial dispute or waiving all rights is not a condition for deleting data that must be erased.
