Host, Agency and Earnings Agreement

1. Enrolment and relationship

This agreement applies to accepted hosts/agencies, not ordinary account registration. Enrolment requires separate acceptance, accurate information and legal eligibility to receive payments. The enrolment offer specifies role, paying party, territory and age/legal requirements; access at 15 does not automatically make a minor eligible for financial contracting or withdrawals. Calling a payment a “salary” does not alone determine employment status, which depends on the applicable contract, facts and law.

2. Calculating earnings

Before enrolment, the programme offer must disclose measurement units, conversion rates, commissions, targets, period/time zone, minimum payout, payment timing, fees and taxes. No fixed amount or undisclosed rate is implied. Records distinguish purchases, gifts, earnings points and withdrawable amounts, and pending, approved and paid states. Estimates are not final settlements, and this agreement does not permit retrospective changes to accrued periods.

3. Refunded gifts and fraud

Earnings depend on eligible activity and valid transactions rather than fabricated volume. Coordinated purchase/gift/refund schemes, circular gifting, laundering, collusion and forged payment evidence are prohibited. The portion specifically linked to a disputed transaction may be held before settlement for verification. Any reversal or offset of previously credited earnings requires evidence linking the transaction, clear reasons, an appeal route and a contractual/legal basis; it is not automatically taken from an innocent party or unrelated amounts. We cannot guarantee a store will never refund a purchase.

4. Payment, disputes and exit

Provide correct beneficiary details and an approved payment method; never give an agent account access codes. Official channels retain payment evidence and disputes, and parties can review amounts/status. A test transfer or room promise is not proof of settlement. Agencies must meet disclosed obligations and must not exploit, threaten or seize accounts. Participation may end under the accepted offer while legitimate rights are settled; leaving alone does not forfeit all earnings.
