1. Service and user rights

Astknan branding, software, designs and assets belong to the operator or its licensors. Users retain rights in content they own and grant the limited operational licence in the terms. Uploading an image or audio does not transfer ownership to us or authorise use of others’ content without permission or a lawful exception.

2. Publishing responsibilities

Publish content you own or are entitled to use. Music, video, images and logos require appropriate rights for the use and territory; a personal subscription to another service does not automatically license rebroadcasting. Do not remove rights notices, impersonate brands/people or upload pirated software or materials.

3. Infringement notice and response

Send support@astknan.live the rights holder/representative’s name and contact, description of the work, infringing item identifier/link, rights basis, and a good-faith statement of accuracy and authority. We may request necessary additional information or restrict material during review. The publisher may respond with a licence or lawful-use explanation; applicable statutory counter-notice procedures apply. Necessary notice details may be shared with the affected party while protecting sensitive data.

4. Repeated violations

Established repeated infringement may lead to publishing or account restrictions. Malicious notices and false ownership claims are prohibited; disagreement or competition is not a valid rights claim. Removing content does not itself determine any party’s legal liability.
