1. Product types

The product page identifies consumable coin packages, time-limited digital items, fixed-term membership or auto-renewing subscription. VIP/SVIP naming alone does not imply automatic renewal; the product description and checkout govern. Renewal clauses apply only to products explicitly offered as renewing.

2. Pre-purchase disclosure

Benefits, quantity, price, currency, duration, checkout taxes/fees, offer eligibility, start/end, limits and bonuses are disclosed. Trials explain the subsequent price and cancellation process. Membership does not promise unguaranteed earnings, ranking or private contact, and past purchase benefits are not retrospectively changed in a way that removes protected rights.

3. Renewal and cancellation

For auto-renewing products, billing continues at the disclosed period and price unless renewal is cancelled within store deadlines. Manage Apple/Google subscriptions with the store used for purchase. Cancellation stops renewal under store terms; benefits continue until the paid period ends unless refunded or store/legal rules provide otherwise. Uninstalling does not cancel. Price or renewal changes require applicable notice and consent.

4. Offers and refunds

Offers may include bonuses not separately sold, subject to disclosed limits. Multiple accounts must not evade eligibility. Packages and attached entitlements follow the refund policy; cancelled/refunded transactions do not retain linked bonuses. An offer ending does not forfeit purchased coins. Restoring a non-consumable purchase or subscription depends on product/store support; a restore-purchases button does not replenish consumed coins.
