1. Agreement and eligibility

Astknan, Ltd operates Astknan. By using the service or accepting its terms you agree to these terms and the policies applicable to features you select. You must be at least 15, with no upper age limit; higher local age limits and legally required guardian permissions apply. False ages or using an adult’s account to evade restrictions are prohibited. Earnings programmes require their separate agreement and are not automatically available through registration.

2. Account and service

Provide accurate information, protect access credentials and report compromise. Account sales, impersonation and evasion of restrictions are prohibited. Responsibility for activity depends on applicable law and the facts; you are not automatically responsible for every compromise you did not cause. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, subject to paid entitlements and accrued rights; a general disclaimer does not remove consumer rights.

3. Conduct and content

Community and child-safety rules apply to rooms, audio, messages, images, videos and profiles. Explicit sexual content, exploitation, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, manipulation and technical attacks are prohibited. You retain ownership of your content and grant a non-exclusive, purpose-limited licence to host, process, display and distribute it for service operation and safety in accordance with sharing settings. The licence ends on deletion except for legally necessary copies, temporary backup operation or lawful sharing by others.

4. Purchases, enforcement and disputes

The coins/gifts, refunds and packages policies govern relevant transactions, with prices and entitlements disclosed before payment. Sending a gift does not create employment or guarantee the recipient a salary. We may remove content or restrict a feature/account for established violations or risks requiring temporary action, with appropriate reasons and an appeal route unless law or safety prevents this. A legitimate refund request or complaint is not itself a violation. Iraqi law applies without displacing mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country or imposing exclusive jurisdiction that removes those rights. Liability limitations apply only where lawful and never to liabilities that cannot be excluded. Contact support@astknan.live. Material changes receive required notice and new financial terms do not retrospectively remove accrued entitlements.
